These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SkpR ("we," "us," or "our") and the SkpR website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
You may submit content such as business listings, events, images, promotions, and descriptions ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant SkpR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.
SkpR has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post, send, share, or transmit any content, message, or material that:
You can report objectionable content or abusive users from within the app or by contacting us at support@skprapp.com.
SkpR will review all reports and act on confirmed violations within 24 hours, including by removing content and suspending or permanently terminating the offending user's account. For severe violations — including but not limited to hate speech, threats of violence, sexual content involving minors, or coordinated harassment — SkpR may remove content and terminate accounts immediately and without prior notice.
You can also block any user at any time from within the app to prevent further contact from them.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from SkpR (for example, by completing the opt-in form at skprapp.com/sms-optin or by signing up in person), you agree to the following:
The Services may integrate with third-party services such as Facebook. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies. SkpR is not responsible for third-party services.
When using the SkpR mobile application, you must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement, including but not limited to your wireless data service agreement.
Some features may require payment or subscription. Business Membership subscriptions are billed monthly at $99.99/month after a 30-day free trial. Pricing and features may change with notice. Payments are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store and are non-refundable unless required by law or as specified by the applicable app store policies.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if your use may cause harm. You may stop using the Services at any time.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkpR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
This section applies specifically to users who download the SkpR application from Apple's App Store.
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and SkpR only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). SkpR, not Apple, is solely responsible for the SkpR application and its content. This EULA does not provide usage rights that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The license granted to you for the SkpR application is a limited, non-transferable license to use the application on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The application may be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
SkpR is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the application. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services.

SkpR is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed in Section 9 above. In the event the application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses will be SkpR's sole responsibility.
You acknowledge that SkpR, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application or your use of it, including but not limited to:
In the event of any third-party claim that the application infringes that party's intellectual property rights, SkpR, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

You acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
For users who download the SkpR application from Google Play Store, your use of the application is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
